February is a busy month for Indivisible Ferndale
First, there will be a nationwide protest to “Reject the Coverup” by Republican Senators who did not allow witnesses or documented evidence to be used during the Impeachment Trial.

Meet the Supervisor District 1 Candidates
- Date: Saturday, February 8
- Time: 11:30 am to 1 pm
- Location: Ferndale Community Center, 100 South Berding Street, Ferndale

Rex Bohn and Cliff Berkowitz
At noon, Cliff Berkowitz and Rex Bohn, District 1 Supervisor candidates, will each speak about their qualifications and plans for serving the people of Humboldt County, particularly those who live in District 1. The presentations will be followed by time for the candidates to answer questions from the audience.
Voter registration will also be available. A light lunch will be provided. This event is open to the public.
A festive evening to benefit CR’s Redwoods Room & Board Scholarship Fund
Date: Saturday, February 29
Time: 7 to 10 pm
Location: Ferndale Community Center, 100 South Berding Street, Ferndale

This event benefits College of the Redwoods Foundation room and board scholarships for students facing homelessness and food insecurity.
Please note: We need ALL IF members to attend this event AND invite your friends and neighbors. This event is NOT about partisan politics. It’s about CR students who need assistance with shelter, food and education.

If you enjoyed the short film entitled “Winter Has Come” at our January 2020 Kickoff meeting, you can now share it with neighbors, friends and family on our website. The soundtrack was written and performed by The Gatehouse Well who will be our musical entertainment at the CR Fundraiser on February 29.
